A team of independent school leaders, academic researchers, and educators with over 35 years of combined experience in education collaborates to address the distinct needs of schools. By leveraging advanced data analysis tools, we equip schools with the insights necessary to navigate challenges effectively. Our objective is to provide customized solutions that enable educational institutions to make informed decisions and thrive in an ever-evolving educational environment.


  • Co-Founder & Principal

    Andrew brings over 15 years of diverse experience in education, having worked in day, boarding, and international schools as a teacher, administrator, and admissions professional. His practical experience is complemented by a distinguished role as an adjunct professor at Teachers College, Columbia University, where he has conducted impactful research on school reform, DEI discourse in independent schools, and other key areas of educational studies.

    Andrew holds an Ed.D. in Curriculum Studies and an M.A. in School and Nonprofit Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, as well as a BA from Columbia University. He has extensive experience designing research instruments and producing data-driven insights that inform educational practices and strategic decision-making.

  • Co-Founder

    Flynn brings over 20 years of extensive experience in education as an administrator in multiple day and boarding schools across the U.S. including roles as associate head of school, dean of academics, and division director. He is the co-founder of Coalition 2030, an educational think tank, consultancy and program incubator committed to sustainable development, and is president of the Corson Foundation, a nonprofit organization primarily serving schools and community hospitals in the tri-state and greater Philadelphia areas.

    He holds an Ed.M. in School and Nonprofit Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University, an M.A. from Middlebury College, and a B.A. from Ursinus College. In addition to his professional roles, Flynn serves as a trustee at Ursinus College, reflecting his ongoing commitment to educational leadership and governance.
